MEETING:  The next WGIPOA meeting will be August 20 at the Galveston Country Club  with a full breakfast starting at 8:30 AM and the meeting beginning at 9:00 AM.

The main program will be a District 23 Texas State Representative political forum with two candidates, Terri Leo Wilson (https://terrifortexas.com) and Keith Henry (https://keithhenryactiontoday.com). The Board of Directors is preparing a list of questions to ask the candidates and if time permits to have questions from the audience. There will be time limits for the responses.

In addition, we will hear from District 6 City Council Member Marie Robb; Lt. Renaye Ochoa on west end police issues, and Sally Bakko on the Gulf Coast Protection District.
