WGIPOA Meeting 1/20/2018

We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and especially a Happy New Year!  The West Galveston Island Property Owners Association will begin its 19th year as an organization in March and we continue to promote issues of interest to property owner associations and their members, particularly preserving and protecting the gulf and bay shorelines and the quality of life as the West End continues to develop and we thank you for your continued support.

MINUTES:  The minutes of the last meeting, October 28, 2017, as well as the special Board meeting on December 16, 2017, are on our website.

MEETING:  The next meeting will be on January 20, 2018, at the Galveston Country Club, 14228 Stewart Road , starting at 8:30 AM with breakfast burritos and the meeting starting at 9:00 AM.

PROGRAM:  To begin our 2018 year, for the fourth year in a row, we are pleased to have the Mayor of Galveston, the Honorable James Yarbrough, address the WGIPOA on the State of Galveston.  We have seen so much progress in Galveston since he has been Mayor and we will hear and learn of accomplishments and what is planned for the future.  An agenda will be forthcoming.
