MINUTES:  The minutes of the special June 18 special Board meeting with District 6 City Council Member, Carolyn Sunseri, is on our our meeting minutes page.

MEETING:  The next meeting will be on July 16, 2016, at the Galveston Country Club, 14228 Stewart Road , starting at 8:30 AM  for a full breakfast and the meeting starting at 9:00 AM.

PROGRAM:  Charles Jordan is a partner with the law firm Daughtry & Jordan , will present the Texas Residential Property Code Chapter 209 for Board of Directors of Associations.  We encourage property owner associations and all of their board members to please attend this very important meeting to hear and learn about how the Texas Property Code affects the Associations and the Board of Directors and their responsibilities.  This is a must attend meeting definitely for property owner associations and all their board members.
